[XFC] XFC v1.1 release

The long-awaited version 1.1 of XMLmind FO Converter has been released. This
version adds support of page references, leaders and hypertext links. Please
read section 5 of the User's Guide (URL below) for additional information
regarding these new features.

As usual, the Personal Edition of XFC is available at no charge and can be
downloaded from <http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/downloadperso.shtml>.

XSL Utility users, please note that for licensing reasons the Jimi image
library is not bundled with XFC. Thus to get PNG support in FOP you must
download Jimi (http://java.sun.com/products/jimi/) and copy
JimiProClasses.zip in $XFC_HOME/xslu.

          Bug fix

              * Paragraph attributes were not reset inside an empty table
                cell, resulting in bad rendering by MS-Word whenever the
                very first cell of a table was empty.

              * Upgrade to FOP 0.20.4 and DocBook-XSL 1.60.1.
