Suggestion for converter warning

Hi,

I have only by chance stumbled upon a limitation of the XFC, of which
I work with version 4.4.1: inside a fo:inline element, fo:block
elements are not supported (cf.
http://www.xmlmind.com/pipermail/xfc-support/2010-May/001217.html).

I just want to suggest adding a converter warning for this matter;
instead (with the specified version), there is neither a warning nor
exception, the text just silently disappears.
