Docx Generation on IPad

Hi, We are hoping for some help with viewing .docx on iPad. Currently, when we try to view an xmlmind generated .docx output on the iPad, we get a blank screen and the browser nor the app (olive office) can open up the .docx. No option is given to save the file. The behavior is the same in both safari and chrome. We are able to open other .docx files that are created through word. The xmlmind generated .docx works as expected on the PC in all browsers. We are setting the content-type header as "application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document". Can you provide any insight into why this might be happening?
