You mean that somehow, you have managed to open in olive office a .docx
file created by XMLmind XSL-FO Converter.

You mean that when you send an email containing a .docx attachment and
later read this email using gmail on an iPad:

* If the .docx attachment has been created by MS Word, gmail allows the
user to open it in olive office.

* BUT if the .docx attachment has been created by XMLmind XSL-FO
Converter, gmail does *not* allow the user to open it in olive office.

If my understanding is correct, well, I don't really see.

In order to reproduce this problem I've sent myself an email having a
.docx attachment created using XMLmind XSL-FO Converter.

* Using Gmail running inside Google Chrome on *Windows*:
[a] I can save the attachment to disk and then open it in MS-Word.
[b] I can view the attachment from within Chrome ("View" link in the
Gmail message). See attached screenshot.

* Using Gmail running inside Safari on the iPad:
The attachment is a link I can click upon to open the file. See attached
screenshot. However, the viewer, whatever it can be, fails to open this
file.

* Using iPad Mail:
The attachment is a link I can click upon to open the file. See attached
screenshot. However, the viewer, whatever it can be, fails to open this
file.

The above tests seem to indicate that the problem is not related to our
product. The problem seems to be related to the software running on the
iPad.
