I don't see any problem in the quality of the RTF file you sent us. See 
attached screenshot.

Of course, I opened the RTF file in MS-Word 2007 and not in 
OpenOffice/LibreOffice. When opened in OpenOffice/LibreOffice, the RTF 
file is obviously not correctly rendered.

That's right. There is indeed a printing problem. I managed to reproduce 
this problem. See attached PDF.

Please make sure to use option prescaleImages=false when you generate 
the RTF file. May be this will improve the printing quality. (Not sure.)

FOP and XMLmind XSL-FO Converter use the same MathML renderer, which is 
called JEuclid.

The *printing* problem should be technically easy to solve. However, 
we'll have to change our implementation for that and you'll have to wait 
for the next release of XMLmind XSL-FO Converter.
