FW: Edgar content delivery issue - images in RTF

Hi Support team,

We got below query from one of the partner that blob image is not rendering in some of the XMLMIND RTF documents. Getting broken image after rendering the document.
Image looks to be fine, Attached the FO and image as part of this email.

File0.jpg is mapped to below src url (highlighted).

Subject: Edgar content delivery issue - images in RTF

Hi Prism Team,


I'm working on a bug where when we deliver some EDGAR documents in RTF format, the images come through as broken but in other EDGAR content the images come through fine in the RTF delivery.  From our side, the FO that Document creates looks the same in both cases.  Could someone take a look on the PRISM side and see if something is going wrong?  A delivery GUID for a sample broken document is i0adc29100000014f894509ad7b4c2f14.

Document with broken image:

A correctly delivered document:
[cid:[email protected]]
