It's very simple. You are using *Evaluation* Edition and Evaluation 
Edition generates useless output containing random duplicate letters.

Note that during the conversion, XMLmind XSL Server warns you about this 
"limitation":

Information: Evaluation Edition generates output containing random 
duplicate letters.
(Of course, this does not happen with Professional Edition.)
