Hi Hussein - you may in fact have answered the question - I am using Word for Mac but version 2008 … I will install 2016 … and I think that that may be the source of the issue - because when I open your docx file I still don’t see the background image - but you clearly are doing. I think this is a word issue, not XMLMind.
