Summary: DOS line feeds in UNIX shell scripts

Initial Comment:
the file bin/xsddoc is a LINUX/UNIX shell, but it was
saved as a Windows-like file (including the <cr>). 
When trying to invoke this shell, it took me a while to
find why it didn't work... A simple dos2unix would do...
