Summary: Patches for XSDDoc

Initial Comment:
The following bugs were noticed:

a. Problems in the stylesheets when the XMLSchema
namespace was the default ie unprefixed. This caused
problems in that dead links were generated. The
attached patch fixes the ones observed.

b. Task.java was treating the filesets attribute in the
ant task incorrectly. A patch for that is included.

c. The documentation produced from the <xs:any> element
was incorrect due to inconsitencies between model.xsl and
xml2html.xsl. See  patch attached.

Patches in diff format. Should work with ant. Ive also
added more debugging information to Processor.java

Hi Nikhil

thank you for your patches.
Today I found time to check them and integrated them more 
or less unchanged.

Only with the identity transformation that you introduced in 
the Transformer class I'm not sure if this is the preferable way 
to solve namespace prefix problems with the XML-Schema 
namespace. At the moment I stil have the hope to write the 
stylesheets namespace conform such that the prefix doesn't 
matter. I started to search for similar problems and fixed all 
that I found. Can you provide us a concrete test cases that 
xsddoc fails with?

All changes are commited to CVS now, except the identity 
transformation where I await a feedback from you.

Again thank you for the patches and have fun with xsddoc.
