Summary: xsddoc, verbose output by default

Initial Comment:
Currently, you have to enable messages explicitly using
the "-v" option. This is somewhat counterintuitive. If
you don't enable message you only see "xsddoc starting"
and no further feedback.

I think that xsddoc should output messages by default
and that there should be a "quiet" option to disable
messages.

Sounds good. This would be the same behaviour as in similar
tools like JavaDoc or Apache Ant.
This will be a subject for the next release.
