Summary: missing components in namespace-overview

Initial Comment:
With the schema of RuleML (http://www.ruleml.org), 
after deleting the circular redefinitions, the namespace 
overview for the target namespace in the lower left 
frame shows much less components than the namespace 
index in the main frame. It seems that in the script 
overview-namespace.xml includes and redefines are not 
processed correctly.

This concrete problem seems to be closed now.
But anyway the current CVS HEAD of xsddoc still doesn't 
handle all type/group references in the model description as 
expected. We are currently investigating these issues.
