Summary: circular loop with redefined attribute groups

Initial Comment:
This week I fixed a circular loop when redefining 
attribute groups by referencing the original attribute 
group with the same name.
Example (from ruleML, urhornlog.xsd):

<xs:redefine schemaLocation="hornlog.xsd">
  <xs:attributeGroup name="rel.attlist">
    <xs:attributeGroup ref="rel.attlist"/>
    <xs:attributeGroup ref="href.attrib"/>
  </xs:attributeGroup>	
</xs:redefine>
