Doxygen generates an index like this for class names. Here's an example: https://tahoe.ca.sandia.gov/public/doxygen/html/classes.php ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Kurt Riede (kriede) Date: 2005-02-25 14:53 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=484961 added in oncoming release 0.7 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Kurt Riede (kriede) Date: 2005-01-14 17:41 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=484961 OK, here are the first two examples of the new index pages: http://xframe.sourceforge.net/xsddoc/xsddocs/stress/stress.x sd http://xframe.sourceforge.net/xsddoc/xsddocs/xsddoc/xsddoc. xsd New features: 1. lower left frame initially shows full list of all components 2. main frame: new link to new index page The next task will be to group the entries on the index page by their starting letter and to add a list of links to all letters in the upper and lower navigation. Any suggestions about improvements are welcome. Regards Kurt ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Kurt Riede (kriede) Date: 2005-01-13 14:52 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=484961 Thank you for your suggestion. We are also missing this feature. It is on our task list since a long time (see here: http://sourceforge.net/pm/task.php? func=detailtask&project_task_id=88489&group_id=48863&grou p_project_id=32281 ). Encouraged by your request, yesterday I tried a first approach similar to JavaDoc: you have a complete list of all components in the lower left frame at the beginning and alternativly a new index page that is linked in the navigation in the main frame which also includes the short description of each component. I will check this in into CVS later today. As soon as the examples are documented with this new version, any suggestions for improvements are welcome. regards Kurt ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=454394&aid=1100551&group_id=48863 ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
