It seems it puts too many complexType together see below xsddoc-html/html/http___www.corp.com_namespace_aaa/complexTypecomplexTypecomplexType/MyBriefType.html PS. Great tool! I made some fixes a while ago which should fix this. Please retest with the soon coming release 0.7 and open a new bug report if the problem remains. In this case, please also send as some schema fragments to reproduce your particular case.
