Summary: DnD problem

Initial Comment:
Setting a Drag'n Drop handler doesn't work properly. We
need to override JComponent's setTransferHandler.

Something like this:

public void setTransferHandler(TransferHandler
newHandler)
{
    getLockedTable().setTransferHandler(newHandler);
    getScrollTable().setTransferHandler(newHandler);
}

(tested and works)

I forgot to put the code so you don't have to type it :)

    /**
     * Gets the <code>transferHandler</code> property.
     *
     * @return  the value of the <code>transferHandler</code>
property
     *
     * @see TransferHandler
     * @see #setTransferHandler
     */
    public TransferHandler getTransferHandler() {
        //Both KTables should have the same handler. Return
any of those.
        return getLockedTable().getTransferHandler();
    }

I just run into another problem: we overloaded
setTransferHandler but forgot 1 little detail: getTransferHandler!

I tried to commit this change but again:
"commit" requires write access to the repository.
