Summary: getTableHeader().addColumnGroup() doesn't throw

Initial Comment:
The documentation of JXTableHeader.addColumnGroup()
says that if not all columns are in one KTable then it
throws an exception.

This is not true. If I try to group columns in accross
KTables I get a very weird result (the group expands over
ungrouped columns or after the end of the table) but no
exception is thrown.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.
Anyway there seem to remain some minor problems:

1.creating a column group only in the locked part doesn't
resize the hight of the header

2. After adding column groups, the number of frozen columns
can be changed in a way that groups are intersected. The gui
doesn't look nice, but at least nothing crashes.

Please vote, if you needs better handling for one of these two
issues.

Regards
Kurt
