Summary: Correction for Task.java to address FileSet issues

Initial Comment:
This is a version of Task.java that I have been using for a 
month or so without any problems.  It correct the 
problems I was having in xsddoc generation, and I 
believe those to be the same problems being discussed 
in this bug thread.

Feel free to ask questions if it is not clear what I did.
