Summary: Broken links in the source section of each type

Initial Comment:
All links in type attributes are broken. The are
pointing all to a ../..//element/ which is incorrect.

The have to point to ../element/ to be correct.

link handling was partially reworked.
We don't have a feedback from the author of this back, if the
current HEAD solves the problem.
We didn't find any broken link in our test-suite related to
source sections.
So we close this bug.

../element/ would be correct if the referend type is in the
same namespace, but in general it should be ../../namespace-
folder/
The problem might arise if the refered type is in no
namespace where the namespace-folder should
be 'noNamespace', so in this case the link should
be ../../noNamespace/

All our examples are defining a namespace and thus are
working fine.

Is your type refered by the type-attribute in no namespace?

I will add some test cases to the stress test to isolate the
problem.

Could you also please help and give an example?
