Summary: Source area shouldn't show structure of documentation

Initial Comment:
If you include XML/XHTML markup elements within the
documentation elements, the source part of the output
nicely lists the structure of these elements for you. 
This turns out to be quite a pain, and it would be very
desirable to have the program ignore the structure of
what is in the documentation elements for this purpose.

OK, while the documentation is already formatted in the 
documentation section, the source section will exclude 
annotations in the next release.

Currently only annotations that are direct children of schema 
components are available in the output.
In future releases, also all nested particles will be well 
documented.
While we then have all documentations seperate, so there will 
be no need to include any documentation in the source 
section at all.

yes, you are right.
An early version of xsddoc already omitted the annotations in 
the source section, but not the current (0.0.3)
In the next, the annotations will again be omitted in the 
source section.
