Initial Comment:
With xsddoc 0.4 beta, when documenting a schema with 
empty or omitted targetNamespace, the overview-page 
doesn't contain a link to the details pages.

A schema with empty targetNamespace is now listed as 
"noNamespace" in the overview page.
