MemValueIndexer handles starts-with queries incorrectly.

Can prove using the
org.apache.xindice.integration.client.services.IndexedSearchTest.

To do this, look for tests with the string "starts-with" in their xpath.
Change the indexer type from "Value" to "MemValue".

Build/run integration tests.

Will fail.

Patch included.
