XMLTool fixes

Fixes help screen issue, it will be printed only if user did not specify any
command or typed 'bin/xindice help'.

Fixes embedded database shutdown - there was a problem where shutdown was not
executed if command caused an exception.

Adds a new option "pagecount" for collections.
