Connecting to /db

Hi,

I am have problems running Example1. It is unable to connect to the database instance /db. The URI is xmldb:xindice:///db/addressbook. I have tried many combinations of the URI such as xmldb:xindice:///localhost:8888/xindice/db and nothing connects. The commandline tool works fine for me.
