It is exactly as same as posted before. Chen, According to the stacktrace you sent, it happened in the xml-rpc library and unfortunately it has no line numbers for xml-rpc classes. Also, there is a nested Exception with no trace printed at all. However, the trace you sent is not from the Xindice server. It is actually a trace from the Xindice XML-RPC client. So actual OutOfMemory exception might be happening either on server or client. I would suggest you to check memory settings on both client and server JVM, and if this does not help, check logs on Xindice server. > Caused by: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: java.lang.Exception: > java.lang.OutOfMemoryError > at org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcClient$Worker.execute(XmlRpcClient.java) > at org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcClient.execute(XmlRpcClient.java) > at > org.apache.xindice.client.xmldb.xmlrpc.CollectionImpl.runRemoteCommand(CollectionImpl.java:112) Vadim
