Xindice browsing - HTTP 404

Hello,

I have recently installed Xindice 1.1 under Tomcat 6.0.10 on XP pro.

I created a test collection and loaded a
document named form with the
command-line utility.

When I try to view it with Firefox 2.0 via http://localhost:8080/db/test/form ,
Tomcat rejects the request with HTTP 404:
resource not available.
