problem running the "scomp"

Hi I have installed the XMLbeans 2.5 version and am having java 1.6 installed , when ever i try to to run the "scomp"  command to compile my schema i get the following error although the JAVA_HOME is defined and the JAVA_HOME/bin added to path, the error is:
