XmlBeans.getContextTypeLoader Performance

I'm using XmlBeans 2.2.0 in a Jetty container.  When the server is under he=
avy load and making use of many threads visualvm report that 53% of the app=
lication's time is being spent in XMLBeans.getContextTypeLoader.    The app=
lications threads are build XML documents hat will later be processed by an=
other part of the system.  Has anyone seen this issue?  If so=2C how wasthe=
 issue resolved?  The application is running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 =
and uses Java 6.
