minor location property issue

Hi,

since optional properties must be "detectable" by returning a value that 
is not null (see "note:" in 
http://www.xmlpull.org/v1/doc/properties.html), I would like to suggest 
that the location property returns the toString() value of the 
underlying reader or input stream if not set to a different value.
