even easier XML parsing: Annotations?

I was scanning the new annotations-based method for configuring hibernate, and then it hit 
me: 'configuring' an xml parser in a similar vein shouldn't be too difficult.

I hacked an implementation together over the weekend.

As a bunch of XML parsing veterans, I wouldn't mind hearing some of your thoughts on it.

Here's a tutorial that creates a parser for ATOM in about 10 minutes:

This method of XML parsing is easiest if the XML structure is known to you - using this to 
write a generic XML editor, for example, isn't going to work. That's where DOM is really good 
at, anyway.
