Note that I'v had my own projects on sf.net, which I deliberately moved elsewhere because I found the service offered by sf.net to be suboptimal. In this perspective I'm wondering why one should add more dependencies to the sf.net infrastructure, instead of rolling your own solution. The more you are independent from sf.net the easier it will be for you to migrate the project elsewhere when you decide to. Please take this with a grain of salt. It's just my observation. YMMV.
