  I'm afraid they're not worthy.  I was just messing with the shorthand and
non-shorthand border attributes on a single fo:block and seeing whether it was
behaving as expected.
  I'm happy to do some work on the test suite.  I'm thinking it may be better
to wait until I've ingested more of the spec, though, so that I have a better
idea what exactly I should be testing for.
