Thank you for your interest in xmlroff.

I have no experience with compiling xmlroff under Windows.  Hopefully
someone else can offer advice.

If you do find that you need to make changes to get xmlroff to
compile, you are welcome to submit patches so it's easier for the next
person who has to do it.
