[ANN] xmlroff 0.3.5

xmlroff 0.3.5 is now available from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmlroff/.

This release adds semi-real fo:external-graphic support.  It's "semi-real"
because you still need to specify 'content-height' and 'content-width'.

There's also automatic selection of the output format based on the output
file's extension and bug fixes and enhancements from Tim Waugh and Matthew
Daniel.
