[ANN] xmlroff 0.3.6 released

xmlroff 0.3.6 is now available from https://sourceforge.net/projects/xmlroff

News and Changelog are shown below.

Thanks go to Gerrit Haase and Stefan Seefeld for submitting improvements.

For once the website has been updated by me on the same day as the release was
made.

Now we just need to notify the XSL-related mailing lists.  Any volunteers?
