error with libpango

Hello,

I have just successfully compiled and installed xmlroff with no
problems, however when I run it from the command line I get the
following error:

xmlroff: error while loading shared libraries: libpangoxsl-1.0.so.0:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Is there something I am missing?
