I changed the SourceForge project desciption to:

   xmlroff is a fast, free, high-quality, multi-platform XSL formatter that
   excels at DocBook formatting and that integrates easily with other programs
   and with scripting languages.

Further suggestions for improvements are welcome.  As is help towards living
up to this description.
