The DocBook testdocs distribution, which I added to the xmlroff tests today,
includes multiple i18n test documents.  I'm still checking the results, but so
far I haven't found anything that I recognise as a i18n-specific problem.

Unfortunately, there's no Arabic, Hebrew, Indic, or Mongolian tests, although
it does okay at Japanese and appears okay at Korean and Thai.
