Patric Stout of IseeR (http://www.ISeeR.nl) has offered to host
xmlroff on his web hosting service.  ISeeR are using xmlroff, which is
why Patric made the offer, and they have experience hosting open
source projects.  Patric points to OpenTTD (http://www.openttd.org),
which he hosts and which is much more active than xmlroff (at
present).
