Firstly, welcome to xmlroff and the xmlroff mailing list.

There's a conformance page in the documentation included in every
xmlroff distribution.

I have largely dumped the HTML from the current distribution into
http://xmlroff.org/wiki/Conformance

The challenge now will be to keep that page up to date.
