Sorry for taking a while to respond, but I was in Wiesbaden and with limited connectivity for most of last week. I'd be happy to include it somewhere in the xmlroff project. I have no firm opinion on whether to make it a separate module, to include it the 'libfo-examples' module, to make an 'xmlroff/contrib' directory for it, or to do something else.
