Current activity

There's been quite a bit a work happening in the 'regions' branch
recently.

Static content (but no page numbers or markers) work okay on the first
page.

Current activity is on nailing memory leaks before I potentially add to
the leaks by getting outer regions working on subsequent pages.

I have about two weeks of real, paying work coming up, but after that I
expect to be back onto xmlroff and memory leaks.
