preventing table-cell and table from breaking

How can I prevent a table-cell from being split from one page to
another?  I would like all the data in a table cell to display on a page
and if it doesn't fit, then to display the whole cell on the next page,
and not break the cell up...

Also, can this be done with a whole table?
