The keep-with-next= property applied to the title block would keep it on the same page as the following area, which is your table. BTW, a table caption is different than a table header ... if you *wanted* the title on each page of the table, you could have used the <table-caption> and have it different than the <table-header>. You can specify on which side of the table the <table-caption> is rendered. I hope this helps. ......................
