keep-with-next="always"

hi,

i would like to avoid a pagebreak between two blocks

<fo:block>some text</fo:block> and
<fo:block>some more text</fo:block>
should stay on the same side

so i tried

<fo:block keep-with-next="always">some text</fo:block>
<fo:block keep-with-previous="always">some more text</fo:block>

but doesnt work. i even tried

<fo:table-row keep-together.within-page="always">  or
<fo:table-cell keep-together.within-page="always">

but doesnt work.

what am i doing wrong?
