Sure.  My thinking was that the major admin matters, such as who and
where the site and facilities would be hosted was discussion for
managers, but I wanted to separate that from more general discussion of
site structure and how the community would collaborat.  I definitely
agree we need to have some facility for "frozen" pages.  I got caught up
in work, but I'm hoping to draw up and post some of these ideas this
evening.
