Random module

Hi all,

The main EXSLT site has been updated - with the addition of Jim's
'random-sequence' function in the new 'random' module. This seemed to be what
the majority agreed upon when we last discussed this issue.

I haven't moved the 'math:random()' function from math.

Any comments concerning this or other new functions will be welcome. If I've
made a mistake then I'll be happy to fix it ;-)
