Three remarks:

  1. The only function in this module is listed under "Other functions".
     There is no explanation what the function does and what is the 
     meaning of the parameters and the return type.

  2. The return type is wrong. Instead of "sequence" it must be "number+"

  3. What does this mean:
     "The following extension functions are not considered stable and are 
      not part of the core of EXSLT - Random" ? If the only function is 
      not a part of the core of the module, then what is part of the core?
