Execution problem

Hello,
I have got some troubles using the date/time package. I have tried to use
some functions and an error occured in Internet Explorer. This is a part of
the code I execute :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:date="http://exslt.org/dates-and-times"
extension-element-prefixes="date">
...
<xsl:template match="/">
<html>
<body>
<xsl:call-template name="date:date">
<xsl:with-param name="date-time"
select="1999-05-31T13:20:00-05:00" />
</xsl:call-template>
...
The error I have is : Reference to a namespace prefix undeclared : 'T13'. Is
there something I have not well done or maybe a software to install before
using the package ? Please help me !
