I see that I didn't mention something important. We all know that we don't have to put the memoisation attribute in a namespace when it is attribute of func:function. exslt:memoisation will need to be in a namespace in order to be used as attribute of xsl:function So, we will be adding the ability to specify memoisation for xsl:function of XSLT 2.0.
